Campaign Description
This project aims to set up a small-to-medium processing facility in Mutoko to convert locally grown mangoes and tomatoes into value-added products such as puree, juice concentrate, dried mango slices, tomato paste, and bottled sauces. Mutoko has consistent seasonal supply, and a processing plant helps reduce post-harvest losses while creating stable rural jobs. Products will target supermarkets, wholesalers, schools, and regional buyers.
