This approach allows us to coordinate and gauge interest before any financial or operational resources are committed. Once a project reaches its target number of promised investors, we connect the committed individuals directly with the Project Delivery Team, who manage the project and report progress back to investors. For members offering skills or expertise, interviews or assessments may be conducted to ensure the best fit for the project, creating a high-quality pool of contributors while maintaining transparency, accountability, and effective resource allocation.
